I have contacted technical support twice over the last week to help recover my product key, but absolutely no response. This is horrible support. I couldn't recommend this product to anyone under the current situation.
If you can't handle the support volume, hire a service to do it. If you can't or will not outsource, sell the company to someone who will.
I had planned on buying way more stuff from this company. Not any more.
This company is a disaster.

I do know we have a number of people handling support tickets, and sometimes things can get lost and we have huge waves of tickets. While it's not an excuse to your frustration, do know you're not being blown off.

I emailed for a steam key earlier this year because I bought the standalone, and received a response *immediately*. Sucks that you had a bad experience, but I hope that's rare!
