Only problem I have is your download link. I recommend adding your files to another site that is in English. I had no idea where the download button was, and was only able to find it by clicking everything....

Is it safe to assume that these tiles are permissible to use for VX Ace games (assuming I own both Ace and MV)? Or does the phrase "RPG Maker MV games", combined with the fact that the art was possibly made from scratch, mean that it is literally only allowed for MV games?
