  1. Almost two years have passed since God put an end to humanity, but one man seems to have avoided the apocalypse by locking himself into his house in the woods. Safe at home while society collapsed around him, he has lived a quiet, routine, and peaceful life on his own. But all good things must come to an end: he has run low on supplies and must leave his sanctuary to brave the post-apocalyptic world around him if he is to continue to survive. Join him as he ventures out to unravel the mysteries of his strange situation for the very first time since the end of days began.

The Age of Deliverance is a short, exploration and story-based adventure game developed using RPG Maker VX Ace. Typical gameplay from start to finish averages around 2 to 4 hours. Includes custom, hand-drawn, and awesome MS Paint graphics and a full soundtrack of (pretty good) free-for-use music.

Disclaimer: This game contains animated violence and touches on themes that some players may find upsetting or controversial. Player discretion is advised.

  2. Where do I find the symbol of death?
  3. Hey Tristan,

The symbol of death is a fly, and can be found after obtaining a cage from the statue. In the room with the two statues, check the small table in the lower right corner. You will automatically hit a switch that opens the door on the left side of the same room. Go through it and it will lead you to a back room of the town hall where you will find the fly. To catch it, press the action button and face it. You can chase after it or wait until it approaches you (the latter option might be easier).
  4. thanks, actually I found it before you posted. but thanks anyways.

I finished it and it is kind of weird, creepy, and sad. are you Christian?

p.s. you should probably put a disclaimer about violence, in your post, for when you saw all those dead cult people, and when your wife was shot.
  5. Hi Tristan,

You're absolutely right. I have a disclaimer on the other sites where this game is posted, but I absent-mindedly didn't include one here. I'll fix that right away.

I'm not Christian, but I had a rather bad experience with a Harold Camping end-of-the-world follower back in 2011, which is where some of the inspiration for this game came from. It is definitely more of an adult-oriented game and has created some very mixed emotions in the people who have played it so far. I had hoped that the ending might wrap it up on a positive note, but the experience overall is meant to provoke at least a little discomfort in the player and open up a few questions.

Thank you for playing and leaving some feedback, I appreciate it!
  6. I liked it, it was sad but still good. Nver trust Harold Camping or other people who claim to know when the end of the world is, even if they claim to be christian. The bible says that no one will know the day or the hour when Jesus comes again.
