Do you like anime? Do you like Mega Man Battle Network? Do you wish to see your favorite anime characters in a video game? If the answer is yes, then this might be the game that you've been looking for. The game is set in an alternate universe where characters from many different anime and video games live together. Don't worry, you are not going to see Goku teams up with Naruto to fight Majin Buu. Characters at that caliber won't be in this game.

Initially, the game was made as a fan game for Mega Man Battle Network and Persona 4 fans in mind. But characters from other anime, such as K-On, Haruhi, Lan Hikari, and Hideyoshi Kinoshita will appear as supporting characters. Every character in this game is from a certain anime or video game, so they all have their own facesets and sprites. There will be filler NPCs that you can't interact with, but anyone that you can talk to will be from an existing anime or game.

There are also many references hidden throughout the game. You will encounter them when you examine an item or interact with an NPC. Can you recognize them all? I hope you all will enjoy the game. If you liked the game, please leave a comment or like the trailer to show your support.

In an alternate universe, the year 20XX, the Earth is in an advanced state known as "The Network Age". With the advancement of science, humans were able to create another dimensional world called "Cyberspace". Everything essential to life is being networked. People can travel through Cyberspace with the use of a device called "PerSoNa", or P.S.N. for short. However, since the internet became so important to daily life, cyber crimes had also increased tremendously. Viruses also evolved to the point that they are able to attack humans while they travel in Cyberspace. To defend themselves, scientists created programs that can be installed into PSN to combat viruses. These programs are called "Battle Discs".

Story

Thuy Tran is a transfer student from SEAtopia to JAtopia to attend the International Yasogami High School. While making his way to school, he met two JAtopian students, Hazumu Osaragi and Ayuki Mari, who offered to help him get used to new things and to also befriend with him. During class, he met another transfer student from EUtopia, Stephanie Pride. Like him, she just came to JAtopia and doesn't know anyone. After some brief exchange, the four quickly formed a friendship. When school was over, they decided to meet up on the Net to get to know more about each other. However, when Thuy arrived, he encountered a mysterious creature who single handedly took out his friends and everyone else with ease.

What could this creature be? A virus? A cyber criminal? Or is it something else more terrifying that could threaten to destroy the Net society?

Characters

Thuy Tran: An international transfer student from SEAtopia, he moved to Kashimashi Town in JAtopia to attend Yasogami High School. He likes to show off and can be acting immature sometimes, which in turn causes troubles for himself. He is the main character that you will play as.

Hazumu Osaragi: A JAtopian native student in Kashimashi Town who also attends Yasogami High. She is a soft-hearted and charming girl who loves nature, as she has a huge garden around her hosue. She is the first person to become friend with the main character.

Ayuki Mari: Another JAtopian native in Kashimashi Town who goes to Yasogami High. She is known as one of the best students in science class, with her knowledge even surpasses a few teachers. She is also Hazumu's close friend.

Stephanie Pride: Also an international transfer student from EUtopia to Kashimashi Town to attend Yasogami High. She has the beauty of a princess and a somewhat tomboyish personality.

Naoto Shirogane: A famous detective of JAtopia.

Chaud Blaze: An international police officer from NAtopia.

Teddie: A humanoid prototype of a secret experiment.

Update:

Dear players,

I regrettably inform you that I will have to put this game on hold indefinitely. The main reasons why I decided to stop are:

1. Not enough people who play and support the game.
2. I don't have enough interests and motivation to go on.
3. I feel that working on this project has become more like a chore for me, rather than a hobby.

Therefore, I will not be able to release the full game in the winter. I don't know when I would want to continue again. For those who played and liked the game, thank you for your time. I hope you enjoyed it and had a great time playing.

I might add them, but there are things that make it hard for me to. First, I would need someone to create their sprites for me. Obviously, their looks are too complicated for the Ace Generator to handle. Second, how well would they fit in with the game's setting?

Tell me a bit about them. Are they modern middle school girls with special power? What are their personality? What do they usually talk about? You know, stuff like that. I can just make up dialogue for them, but it would satisfy you better if they stay true to their personality that you knew. :D

But yeah, I don't know what I can do about their sprites, though. XD

well whether they have special powers or not is rather complicated

in the show theres multiple dimensions/timelines in which different events happen

tho madoka is the main character she is not the most significant by any means

they can become a magical girl by making a deal with kyuubi,he will grant any wish to them in exchange for them becoming a magical girl and fighting witches and familers

we dont really get a whole lot of "normal" dialog between them imo

would just be regular stuff girls would talk about

Madoka Kaname-A pure hearted family,friend loving girl who wants to help everyone. she cannot stand someone suffering.

tho not extremely confident she will stand up for what she believes in.

*Special power can shoot pink light arrows and literally becomes a God

**while you can speculate here her reason is generally to be able to help others.

Homura Akemi-A Mysterious and Cold hearted Girl who for some reason constantly tries to stop madoka from becoming a mahou shoujo(magical girl) The reasons behind her actions are unknown

-is in love with madoka

-lives alone

*has a wide range of weapons she steals from places. pistols,machineguns,grenades,c4,RPG and mounted missile launchers

can stop time and travel back in time to shortly b4 she meets madoka for the 1st time also becomes God by stealing madokas power

Sayaka Miki- Madokas best friend is a energetic girl who has a crush on a boy who plays violin.

**she was in love with a violin player who was injured.she wish his hand was cured.

Mami Tomoe-A veteran Magical girl who saves madoka and sayaka,she lives alone and loves drinking tea and having cake.

*able to produce magical muskets out of ribbon,also able to use ribbons to stop enemies from moving

**-Her and her parents got into a car accident she wished to survive.

Kyoko Sakura-A experienced Magical girl with a past connection to mami.its hard to say what there relationship is now.

she dislikes rookies,idiots and people who waste food.

*Able to use illusions and make clones of herself,uses a Spear as a weapon is quite strong and skilled with it.

**Her father was a priest who spoke of things that deviated from most others so people ignored him

Can I ask why the protagonist is obsessed with smelling people's clothing? I think this game would be much more appealing to everyone here if you at least apply some basic taste. Not saying you should never put perverts in games, but don't make it too centralized around the concept.

I thought I better let people know what to expect before playing. Who knows? What if someone just jump in and complain "ZOMG This game is full of perverted joke it's sexism blah blah blah"? Now they can't say I didn't warn them. This is not RMN, but I'd like to play it safe.

The protagonist, as well as some supporting characters, are obsessed with smelling girls. Let's be honest here: girls always have better hygiene than guys. It's often mentioned in many anime, too. :D

Well, I'm glad you played it. Shame, I don't think I'll be continuing it.

However I still feel odd that the main character is basically ripped from Corpse Party, which means I can't really identify him as your character.

Ripped? Before, I did have to use Satoshi's portrait, and that was it. But now, I already edited it to look different, making them both exist as separate characters.

Nothing else of him was ripped from CP, personality or whatever.

Because everything is anime is indicative of what actually goes on in the real world... Right?

I don't know jack about Japan but going up to anyone or their clothes and taking a sniff would make you look like you have mental problems. Do what you want, though.

Also, Why not continue this game?

Well games aren't real anyway. Not to mention this game is heavily based on anime.

I have lost quite a lot of interest and motivation. I really don't think I could go on. It feels more like a chore now, rather than a hobby. Thus, not many people liked it, anyway. I don't know how it came to this, but I can't find myself able to do anything much until I regain interest or become motivated again. If that ever happens, though. Life is already exhausting and depressing as it is.
