    Is there a script which does something like?

    Which also shows the name of the character above or besides it.

    What script is that? Did you look to see if it had a character name option? There are a number of message scripts available that let you do that - which ones have you looked at, and what's wrong with them that you don't like them (I am assuming you did a bit of a search)
