Taking a topic out of the archive ...

Could someone pretty please un-archive my topic for me? Sorry if this isn't the correct place, but I couldn't find anywhere explaining how to do it!

Just click REPORT and say Unarcive My Topic and they should open it :)

That's what I thought, but that bar doesn't exist (presumably because the topic is archived).

you did the correct thing by posting here, but unarchiving might take a few days because only a few people have that access, and Degica's staff is always short on time.

I'm always curious why they archieve topic.

It's reasonable for question related topic, but I have my script been archieved. Means that if someone has issue, they can not reply to the topic :(

I just made a post in the mod's area.  Hopefully it'll get taken care of more quickly.

At one point, we thought it might be good to archive old topics, to allow faster access.  But we didn't think of the areas that have "persistent" topics (like the scripts & tutorials threads that we always want open).  It's been turned off, but the threads that were archived need to be unarchived manually, and this is only done when someone requests it.
