This sounds good but the characters being so young kind of bothers me a little bit. Otherwise, I'm interested in seeing where it will go

Yeah, I'm not going to lie, the sheer amount of suffering and abuse you've heaped onto underaged characters really skeeves me out, especially the underaged prostitute. I'm absolutely not about misery porn being inflicted on children and unfortunately it doesn't seem like you'll be able to change that because for some reason you've made abused children the thematic core of your game. I'd say best of luck with your project, but I really wouldn't mean it so I'm just going to leave you to do your thing and go my own way.
