For example I've drawn some icons, and I want to add them as state icons. How can I tell to the software to read more then one page (The default one) ?

Are you talking about the Iconsheet? You just need to make the sheet longer. You can do that in any art editing program like MSpaint or Gimp and increase the canvas size by a multiple of 32.
