Alright so I'm kinda new on this stuff of rpg making, but im trying to make a game for some friends -not trying to be official, just to have fun and learn while I make it-.
After a lot of trying, I've tried to make an attack that kills a random member of your party if you don't solve correctly a 4-options question or if you dont solve it on 15 seconds.
The problem that I have is that after solving the question the timer doesn't stop or, when the timer reaches 00:00, you still have to choose an option and then exits automatically the battle. Any ideas?
Edit: forgot to mention that im spanish, sorry for the bad english.
If somebody asks for the screenshot of the events just say it, but it may take me a while to traduce it to you.
Struggling with timed questions

Hi there,
I have to ask the basic question. You are adding in a second timer line with the stop function turned on right? Place another timer line after the place where the questions are solved with the "stop" radio button pressed. That should stop the timer.
Hope it helps,

Sorry for inactivity, i have been busy.
And I did have the second timer line. The only problem remaining now is that when the timer drops to 0, the options dont disappear, and you still have to choose one. Mo matter which one, the effect is the same: it exits the battle automatically (even though i have the "event processing exit" option included). Ive tried to solve this by making the timer lasts 16 seconds instead of 15 and making the timer stop at 1 second mark - which didnt worked at all, with the timer dropping down at 0 like usual and terminating battle event.
Edit: sorry again if there is any misunderstanding part, im spanish after all :rsad:
