Strange Thing Characters

Hey guys,
I need your help please.
When I try to add a skin to an event (but only skins that I personally put in the "characters" folder) something strange happens:


The rectangle is smaller than the Oni skin.
But sometimes the rectangle's shape is correct.

How can I make the rectangle ALWAYS correct?

You know the filename started with "$"

first, as said above you need to start the filename with $ for single sprites, without that the engine assumes a soritesheet of 4x2 sprites.
second, in your first and second sprites (with 4x4 cells per sprite) you need to erase/cut away the first column with an image program to make it into a correct sprite with 3x4 cells like your other examples.
