Store Credit Money up and don't know why?

  1. I was reviewing my store credit and thought it was $2.09 and saw it was well over $9.00? How do I review when or why the money was added? I was absent for well over a month.
  2. In the client area, I think you can pull up the information in the invoice section.

    Also, if you don't want it, ill be happy to take it :3

  3. I just didn't want to take it and use it if it was added by an error.

    @boldpaste still doesn't show how or when the money was added.
  4. You should ask that in a support ticket, not in public - only Degica staff can even see the shop archives, and they won't answer such questions in public for security reasons...

  7. I've reviewed your account, and it's not an error. You can pm me if you want details, but it's the correct amount and it's been the same since February. :)
