Steam Keys

  1. So I own all versions of maker and just about all the packs.  I saw where we were told we could get steam keys if we requested them.  I've emailed marketing, sales and support, 2 or 3 times over the last few weeks and have heard nothing back.  Not even a no.  How do we do this?
  2. I'd like dlc keys myself if it's possible for what I've purchased on the forum's store (I know it's possible for rpg maker keys, or was, but no idea regarding dlc). Only messaged an admin so far and no reply, but going off what you said, there's little point in emailing anyone else.
  3. Guys, the team is very small. Gotta give them sometime to get around to reply. For certain things they may also need to await confirmation from their superiors.

From what I have heard getting keys for your previous purchases is possible. Just give them a little time ^_^
  4. Last week there was the Humble Bundle Sale, and everyone was really busy - to bad that you didn't see that in time, because you could have gotten a steam key in the humble bundle extremely cheap.

And even after they have time to get the workload that accumulated during the preparation of the humble sale, they need to get the keys from steam before they could distribute them - it happened several times since the original offer came up that Degica simply had no more keys left and needed to wait weeks or months until they got more.
  5. That's fine.  It'd be nice though if they said that.  I've been waiting a few weeks for a reply.  Even a we'll get to this later would be nice.
  6. Well, speaking personally, I sent the message on the 1st and it apparently hasn't been read. Granted, the heading for the message that I sent was pretty self-explanatory.
  7. I worked in the email department for a large company...

If we werent able to deal with your query we would have to forward the message onto an alternative department. The message would then enter their mailbox as a new message - rather than one that had been sitting for days.

Maybe something like this has happened and the new department is just waiting to get back to you ?
  8. Could be. I'm not too fussed anyway, despite how my comments may seem. It's just easier to have the dlc in one place via Steam. :)
  9. Like Dekita said, just have some patience. Just because we don't see it, the staff here work very hard and between the HB sale and the contest, there is a lot of extra stuff eating up their time.
  10. I understand and I'm patient. I think it's just the fact that the message showed as 'not read' yet when I sent it seven days ago that made me wonder is all.

Anyways, I'll patiently wait. I just commented because it seemed like someone else was having the same problem.
  11. I'm guessing this will never be answered.
