Sprite request

Hey everyone! For my request, i was hoping someone could take the time to come up with a sprite for  the portrait below. I would appreciate it in Mack style. I provided this sprite below for a base. You would just need to change the hair and colors to match in that case. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I love that portrait! I don't know if I will have time to work on it, but if I do, do you want the bottom of the dress similar to that sample sprite? Obviously the top will have to be made to match the portrait, but what do you picture for the bottom?

The bottom is about the same as the sprite in design, and thanks for concerning yourself with this.
