Sprite Base Suitable For A Side-Scrolling Game?

I'm looking for a sprite base that's kind of large and easy to work with, with somewhat proper anatomy (anything but "marshmallow" type bodies) that has a good running animation when viewed from the side.

I've looked everywhere I could think of and searched various phrases but haven't found anything.
