SPIRIT REALM
ABOUT:
Spirit Realm is an action/platformer game with rpg elements. In Spirit Realm you play as a spirit who has lost all of her memories. You are forced to navigate through the dangerous Spirit Realm to defeat three of the four rulers if you want your memories back. Game completion time depends on how long it takes you to defeat each of the bosses. The shortest amount of time it took me to beat the game was around 20 minutes. Anyway, play, enjoy, rate, and give me feedback please.
Also note that some chrome users may see this file as malicious because it is an exe file.
CONTROLS:
A / Left arrow key -- move left.D / Right arrow key -- move right.
W / Up arrow key -- Jump.
P / Z -- use 1st equipped weapon.
O / X -- use 2nd equipped weapon.
I / C / Ctrl -- use equipped orb power.
Shift -- transform using equipped orb.
Enter -- open menu / interact with chests, lifts, and save spots.
Any Key -- Continues conversation.
-- IN MENU Controls:
WASD / Arrow Keys-- move through the menu options.
I / Z select current option.
O / X Exit current option.
IOP / ZXC options for equipping.
Also note that the menu can still navigated with your mouse.
CREATION NOTES:
I started creating the game on June 10, 2014 and created all graphics by myself. My mom did most of the music. I created sounds using Audacity, and programmed using Game Maker 8.1 Lite Edition. Music recorded from my mom playing the keyboard.
