Speech Bubble with name tag

I've searched and searched but only found speech bubbles without name tags. 

Maybe a generous soul can help me with it. :)

Text-boxes with the speaking character's name above it?

Yes. I've tried multiple scripts but there was not a single one with that feature.

Yanfly's. It's pretty easy to use too.

It should have. Since I use nametags from Yanfly Message and Yami's pop message script. Check the instructions? :o
