I'm playing around with class ideas, and Bard from traditional tabletop RPG is one of my favorites. I'm wondering if there is a way to incorporate sound effects or music based on a skill, i.e. bardic performance, so that the battle music changes once he uses the skill "bardic performance."
If there is an answer out the in another forum, I apologize for asking the question again.

Soundeffects from skills are bound to their animations' frames, so you can just create special animations for the bard's skills. As for soundtracks just create a common event that changes the bgm and add it in the skill's effect panel.

There are also scripts that allow voices to be used for each actor when they use certain skills. Pretty sure Moghunter done one.
Not that hard to script either if you know what your doing...
