Well, this has left me completely stumped. On certain maps, my character, nor any events on that map, can move unless I holt CTRL, or have the event's 'Through' switched on. Now, on the tileset editor in the database, all the passability options are set correctly. Tiles that should be passable, are set to passable on the database. So I really have no idea what the issue is, except the fact that it only occurs when using a certain tileset. (All others work fine)

what's the passability of the first tile(top left) in your B tileset?
it has to be star, since thats the "tile" (it should be transparent) thats above everything from tilesets A1-A5 until you put something from B-E on it -
