Some TOS in Japanese

Hi everyone,

the wonders of Google translate are telling me that ''At the beginning of the material published in all free is. However copyright is what appears to have not been abandoned going. '' which I'm guessing is something along the lines of free use in both commercial and non-commercial games, as long as credit is given but I'm not sure.

Can somone who can speak Japanese verify this?
