1.The idea is that spell can be cast on any target - ally or enemy
Ex:lifedrain from enemy or teammate
2.Debuff that damages not % of hp,but damage that you want.
Ex:
Frost bite: 200 - 2 * b.mdef each turn
3.Deallayed Explode
Skill effect occurs after turns that you want
Ex: Doom
1 turn - nothing (or animation)
2 turn - nothing ( or animation)
3 turn - explode 500 - 2 * b.mdf
You waste a turn,when you cast this spell only,then it start to keep going itself

1) Try to find a target manager script, I think we have a few to choose from
2) You can use my Slip Damage EX for that (there is a link to all my scripts in my signature)
3) You can probably utilize the script out there that allows states to change into other states after some turns then possibly use my slip damage EX or maybe Yanfly's Lunatic States to do the damage
