Hello RPGmaker forums I am in need of free software for creating graphics,sound and music. And/or places where I can find these resources for free. thank you all for your help!

As far as graphics go, there are different options. Personally, I use Gimp and I find it plenty sufficient for most RM needs. I believe others use Paint.net though I've never tried. And somewhere in the forum there are instructions to get CS2 for free (legally).
As far as sound and music, I have no clue. -
Take some time, read some stickies and you'll find pretty much everything you're asking for. Program and Utility Discussion has links and discussions about many of these programs. If you want to see resources that are already made, there's the Resource Showcase. There's a thread called Resource WIP which will be helpful when you need feedback on how to best make this stuff.

For sound, you can use Audacity, and for Music, there's a program called LMMS. MsLittlefish uses LMMS to create her music. Both programs run on Linux and Windows.
As for graphics, the GIMP is pretty good for most of your needs. -
No, that is not correct.And somewhere in the forum there are instructions to get CS2 for free (legally).
Adobe doesn't care for people using CS2 illegally, but the download mentioned specifically states that you need to own the license for CS2 to be able to use the alternate code given (the original codes no longer work because the servers for them were shut down), and you need to register to adobe in order to get there, so theoretically they have your IP if they ever decide to check the required licenses for CS2.
That said, CS2 has become rather cheap, I purchased my copy used for about 50$ one or two years ago. -
