I've been spending the last decade or so playing RPG Maker 1 back on the Playstation 1. I figured it's time to upgrade, and it's why I've landed here. I'm currently finishing up my last RPGM1 project, then I plan to port it over to RPG Maker VX Ace, if everything goes well. That's a ways off though so until then, I'll be hanging around in off topic.

Welcome! I started with rpg maker 3 on ps2 (never finished anything in it) and it wasn't for sometime I found out they had an entire pc iteration. You should be able to carry over some of the acquired knowledge though, at least I was able to. Hope you have a good time here!

Welcome to the forums! The PSX version was the first one I played around with too, albeit briefly. Like Vox, I never knew that a PC version was around or I would've jumped on it a long time ago. Thankfully, when MV came out, it became popular enough that I stumbled on it inadvertently (and of course, jumped on it). See ya around.

Welcome! Wow... How come I never saw RPG Maker on the PS1... I'm so late to RMMV :D It'll be awesome to see what you have done on a project from so long ago!
