Love all the edits to the RTP Characters; they look great!

Black was an inspired choice, and the recolours have quite transformed the general into someone who looks more like business.

I think this time I shall go for option 1 - not that I can remember which one that is without digging back through several pages. But hey, since when did having no information ever stop anyone from having an opinion?

I really love all those assets. A few days ago, I made a forest for my game and I wanted to put fairies in it, but I didn't have enough material. Now I do. Thanks a lot, and the royals are extremely useful too.
(And I just love that you're a girl)

@Sword_of_Dusk Well yeah, we can't have all our kingdoms being ruled by the same guy now, can we? ;)

Hey, I'm Walking Here!
Another "originally part of random sprite day that got bumped up to its own day" sorta deal today.
Flying's fine and all that, but don't you think those wings get tired? Well now our resident fairy can rest her wings and walk the way.

Maybe you prefer the idea that the fairy got her wings snipped or perhaps she hasn't yet been turned into a fairy?

This reminded me of something. When designing one of the games to be played only on my channel, I developed a character named Edeline, who is a "fairicorn". Pretty much, a fairy with a unicorn horn. Edeline in particular has a birth defect that makes her wings extremely weak, but she doesn't let that stifle her dream of fixing the Heartstone, reforming the exile Sephiroth, and saving her long-lost mother. Hence, she walks for most of the game, and struggles to reach the Angel Kingdom for the final piece.
In the sequel, I plan to have a cutscene of Edeline testing her new wing braces while riding her wise unicorn, Cometta. She'll fly a little, but not much--only in certain minigames.

Yes, this game is going to be a FF7 spinoff. Which is why I'm not publishing it to the public.

Aww! I like that. But, legit. Stuff I think about. I’m like “wow, can fairies sleep on their back?”

With these, you can have normal girls who enter their super fairy form to battle evil. It works well, I think.

@Ms Littlefish Never really thought too much of that. I'm sure they can, even with their wings. Not sure if it's comfortable though.

The Forest Fairy
After completing the SF Fairy, Avery suggested that recoloring it into brown/green would make an awesome Forest fairy and you know what, I agree!

I might be biased, but I find her perfectly lovely. :wub I guess she'd technically be a Wood/grass/leaf element fairy.

We're halfway through if you can believe it. What's been your favourite so far?

Probably fairy Kasey. I have a soft spot for her, and she looks great with the fairy wings.

Lovely fairies, as one has come to expect.
As for picking my favourite - an almost impossible task. But to narrow it down as much as possible, either:
The bride recolours or
Anything from day 10, but especially the general.

That forest fairy looks very cute, I especially like the bottom right one, great color combo.
My favourite is the chocolate shopkeeper

Sleeping Beauties
We're past halfway, so let's take a bit of a breather, shall we? Today we have some down/damages sprites for several characters you've seen these past 12 days:

We've got our walking fairies, our generals, our royalty (People3) in black and our SF fairies.

Last year I only did a couple of damage sprites, so I figured I should add some more:

Now we've also got the human catgirl, the ice queens, Christmas themed Reid & Priscilla, the old queen, the young king and our newly crowned prince.
(No sprites were harmed during the making of this.)

Slightly related (well to today's title), I also made some edits to last year's beds:

Now they got some frames at the foot of the bed :)

Is there a particular sprite I've made you'd like to see a down/damaged version of in the future?

I always like seeing new bed tiles. But it would be easier, if they were in a single image instead all separate. Makes it easier to download them.

I would love to see downed sprites of the tiny Tonbi fairy recolors you did at some point. In general it would be cool to see the fairy sprites you made in this tiny version if it is even possible.

I like the filename of "damage calendar" - that sounds like an entirely other thing that would be a marvelous project :guffaw:

Beds! Yep, I'll have those.

Down poses are so important. Thank you for making them !

@Candacis I guess it just shows how little tiles I do, but that's a fair request. I'll add them all together when I update the first post after the holiday season. :)
