Hi! Im trying to make Mini from FF. If you cast mini on someone, it causes mini to him. But if you cast it again, the effects gets reverted. If you cast this spell on an enemy, the success rate will be 30%, while at an ally will be 100%. Anyone can help me get this effect?

can't be done without plugins.
especially you'll need a plugin that enables either conditional states or placeholder states depending on how you want to handle that. -
You can use Hime's Toggle States for what you need. As for you're success rate you should make the skill have an 100% success rate and give enemies an 70% state rate against Mini to make it 30%.

You should be able to do this without plugins. It would be a slightly longer damage formula that would first check if b is an ally or enemy to determine the success rate, get a random number to determine success, then see if the target already has the state or not, and give/remove it accordingly.
I won't go into it any further as you have found a working solution. -
Yeah, but with the damage formula, i would have to add some damage, and the 0 of the damage would appear as a popup, because if you make a formula without damage, an error ocursYou should be able to do this without plugins.
