Simple Question about using resources

    One who owns Rpg Maker VX ace CAN use resources from the RPG maker web store and RTP in there game commercially with all due credits.

    But can they use those resources on lets say a boxed copy of said commercial game using there Main characters and stuff?

    -and of course sell those boxed copies commercially
