  1. Are you a person that has VX Ace and map scrolling has a jitter, like blurry graphics instead of smooth that makes the game look like trash?

    Do not worry.

    It's not VX Ace.

It's the AMD CPU you use.

It seems AMD CPUs have some performance issues, when it comes to RPG Maker.

So what you playtest as a very bad looking, full of jitter blurry map scrolling game, on your AMD, it might look awesome on an Intel system.

Credits to Archeia for solving this for me.

I already tested this on a three years old Intel system of a friend of mine who bought VX Ace.

    It works smoothly and fine.

So there it goes. If you ever have such an issue, there goes the solution.

It's not an issue of VX Ace. It is all about AMD CPU.

Meh... and I was fan of them... my next Pc will have an Intel.
  2. Even though yes this was found out, it is still an issue on some Intel computers running Nvidia cards, not sure as to why yet but some have the issue and some dont.
  3. I really hope I can solve that, because I can't tell customers with AMD CPU's to switch CPU.

Great... I got an AMD with an Nvidia.... LOL!!!!! :p

    I'm PWNED. Hahahahaha!

As for Intel, I bet Celeron CPUs might cause the issue.

Search for Moghunter's anti lag scripts.

You wont solve that, but you will enhance the situation dramaticaly.

You can thank me later  ;)
  5. Uhm I have a Intel i7 64bit processor with a GTX 860m graphic card, I know a few people with the i7 and nividia card that has the same issue, Im starting to think i7 and nvidia combine dont like 2d as much as 3d as my graphic cards practically state built for 3d

Then we can talk about this...

It's good to know what system specs make it hard RPGMVXA to perform right, so devs will collect intel on that and maybe adapt the code to fix it.
  7. So I guess it's good that I didn't get that AMD laptop. XD

We're already talking about Commotion's problem in his own thread. :)
