  1. I just completed it. 100% story, 100% trophies. Very fun game. Has anyone else had the pleasure of playing through this yet?

    Please be sure to hide any spoilers if you comment.
  2. 100$ trophies
    Is it good? I don't have the money for it though, and my laptop might not even be able to run it
  3. I played it on the PS4, so I am not sure how strong of a PC you would need to run it well.

    Take out the Lord of The Rings aspect and it is a very solid game. It reminds me a bit of Kingdoms of Amalur, but has very strong ties to the Assassin's Creed and Batman: Arkham series.

    The AC ties really show up in being able to climb things easily and doing dives and drops off of them.

    The Batman: Arkham ties are noted within the combat system, which flows very well. It seems a little complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it then it flows seamlessly.

    Now, if you add in the LoTR aspect, and are a fan of the lore, then you should completely enjoy it. The story ties in well with the history of Middle Earth and even fills in some information that one may not know that well.

    I am looking forward to the DLC for it!
  4. It's on our to buy list once we get a PS4...provided we can afford one any time soon!  I have heard it's great but am a tad worried as I never played the batman games so am unfamilar with the controls.  I did enjoy Kingdoms of Amalur though and it's controls worked fine for me.  I am kind of clumsy with action games...so we'll see.

    I have only read the Hobbit, not the LoTR books, but I like lore almost anywhere!
  5. Essentially the basic controls are:

    Square = Primary Attack

    Triangle = Counter Attack (will pop above enemies heads)

    R2 + Square = Sneak Attacks, downed attacks, etc.

    There are more to be unlocked, but I will let you see those in game. =)
