Set Different Event's Move Route

So this may or may not be a really really stupid question, I don't know because for some reason I have never used move routes before (like this at least).

So I should be able to make an event (a blank one) and be able to move any event from the move route on that event correct?

My problem is the selection for other events is just grayed out:



What am I doing wrong? I've tried a bunch of different things so far.

The Autonomous Movement custom move route is for THAT event.


If you want to change a DIFFERENT event's move route, you need to use the Set Move Route event command.

Oh god, I forgot that command was even there... I've been fooling with resources instead of the maker too much lately. Thanks Shaz, sorry my question was horrifically dumb.

Even dumb questions can teach people things ;)
