If I can get my game to have enough hours of gameplay dragon quest 9 has, (500 hours not kidding) and if the game is $15, will people buy?
If I got pewdiepie and other youtubers to do a playthrough and they really enjoyed it, would that boost my sales extremely?
Would getting different textures and music help the game look and sound better and make more people want to buy?
Where can I sell my game? I'm 14, so I can't get a buisness liscense and can't sign contracts.

You could submit your games to certain websites that sell games like, big fish games, and amaranthia.com. At least people have told me i could legally do that and i'm 13.

500 hours? Really? I wouldn't touch it.
10-40 hours is plenty, depending on the price and the quality - 5 hours of good story and adventuring are way better than 5 hours of trekking because you have to continually go back to earlier places.
Custom graphics and music would make the game unique. That would encourage SOME people to buy it who wouldn't buy it with RTP resources, but you'd better be prepared to pay a lot for them, and careful that you don't use stuff that's not intended for commercial use.
As for where to sell - you're best off seeking legal advice for your country/state and/or contacting the distributors directly and finding out what their setup is. -
I live in usa, florida. I have $80. My game would look better with cartoony graphics and music. So I'm sure that lowers the price. Is there a battle system where theres enemies on the top of the screen and your characters on the bottom? So that it actually shows the characters? That would help.

Different question -> different thread.
Please post in the RGSS3 Script Requests forum if you're looking for a script (or check the Master Script List, which you'll find a thread about pinned at the top of the RGSS3 Scripts forum).
Cartoony graphics may not be too hard to do yourself.
