Seeking Spriteset/Emoset/Bustset for Protagonist's Little Sister (Possibly Music too?)

Hello, guys, I am in need of a Bust/Emo/Sprite set for a character who will play a vital role in a game I am working on! This is, obviously, the protagonist's little sister. In the beginning of the game, the gal gets lost in the goblin infested woods (cliche, I know, but it's my first real attempt at a game) and her sibling must go and save her. So, some details:

• Age: She is approximately eight to twelve years old. Something between child and teenager.
• Style: I need this made for RPG Maker VX Ace, in an RTP type style, since the other custom characters I have so far are in the same style.
• Emotions: There should be at least one expression for fear, happiness, shock, anger, shy (blush) and sickness (purple lines, shadow face like in anime). Extra emotions which would be nice are bloodied, stunned, eyes closed and 'green' with sickness (looking like she might vomit).
• Music: For those musically inclined, a whimsical, flower tune would be appreciated, but is not needed per se.
• Description: The sister is about three and a half feet tall and thin, with pink hair and emerald eyes. She has a small nose and 'childish' cheeks. She dresses in simple clothings, either a dress or a shirt and pants, and nothing flashy. She adores cupcakes and has a flower pinned to her headband that holds back her long hair. Long hair is crucial.

I have already searched through the master list of RTP resources for RPG Maker VX Ace and have found no busts/sprites/emosets similar to this so far. I am hoping I can get this custom resource made for free, because I have no budget for my game yet. There is no deadline, so don't worry too much about rushing.
