Scrolling/Move picture

Hey there, I'm working on a project, that is going to be using a 'computer', and after several attempts can't seem to figure out how to make it so you can move the image up and down as if scrolling. any help would be fantastic. Thanks much,

How does the scene look like? Will the pc screen fill up the full window?
If so, you can make a map with a parallax background of the website or whatever and turn the player sprite to transparent, so running up and down will move the map and it would be like scrolling.

That sounds like something you'd do in vxa or mv, this is for visual novel maker, unless I've completely missed something about the program.

Oh! I'm super sorry, I just saw this under new threads and didn't check the engine and assumed it would be one of the rpg makers! Sometimes I forget about the VNM section!
