Script needed to add border in "Dim Background" text box

    In "Normal Window" for text boxes, there is a white rectangular border that encloses the dialog and face. In "Dim Background", the white border is missing. Is there a script available to add a border to Dim Background? I have seen it done in at least one rpg maker game.
