Script Collision with Blackmorning's "Basic Status"

  1. Just posting it here since I've accidentally put it in the wrong topic.

I've implemented one of black morning's scripts that goes by the name of "Basic Status" that requires the KGC Bit Map extension, as well as the basic module script that is required for all of his scripts. However, there is just one tiny problem. It appears that it has a compatibility error and it clashes with MogHunter's script, "Scene File A".

    And this ends up happening:

While it may appear that nothing is wrong, if you take a deeper look, the face graphic's space around it is SUPPOSED to be transparent and not blocking the gradient, plus the character sprite's opacity located next to the face graphic is VERY low and I want to return it to its normal opacity.

Does anyone have the solution to fixing this? I have literally tried EVERYTHING I could for hours and I have no idea how to fix it. Although I have figured out one thing: the script collision/error has to do with blackmorning's basic module script.

Here are the links to the scripts:

    Blacmorning's Basic Module Script:

And you also need a TGRSXX.dll or whatever to put in your project folder for the blacmorning basic status script, which is located here:

    Thank you in advance!
  2. Next time you accidentally put it in the wrong area, just report it and we'll move it for you. By posting a new thread, you still give us more work to do, plus the added difficulty if the other one has been replied to (or worse, both of them) ;)

Please post links to the scripts (preferably to forum posts or blog articles where they're presented, as they always have links to the scripts, and sometimes to demos and usually to a lot of other useful stuff that the scripts themselves don't contain).
  3. Ah, I see. Sorry about that.
