Sapphire ABS/Vehicles won't function

I have the Sapphire ABS implemented in my game but with it enabled vehicles cease to function at all. They appear on a map but I cannot interact with them what so ever. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

We need a link to the web page where you got the script in question, so that if people need to check anything in it, they don't have to hunt around.

It may be that this will be moved to Script Support, but let's see if it can be answered here first.

Edit: Alright well it's been days and nothing.. Gonna have to just switch to a different ABS. Can't not use vehicles my entire game.
