Rural Farm Tiles didn't work?

I got Rural Farm Tiles but, it didn't work. It never showed up on my computer or rpg or anything. Steam didn't work, the store didn't work. It isn't good and I really want this set and they already said I paid can someone help, don't want to pay again...Thanks!

I just bought it.

It's nowhere on my computer or anywhere not on steam anywhere it's just gone, I read the tutorial but I can't do what's not there. :(

You're not making much sense. When asking for support help you need to be extremely clear about what the problem is, with all the possibly relevant information. What version of RPG Maker do you have? Where did you buy the pack from? What steps have you taken to try and find the pack? What information was given to you on how to get the pack when you bought it?


If I were to make a guess from what little information you've given, I'd say you have a non-steam copy of Ace and then bought one of the packs on Steam, but since you don't have a Steam copy of Ace it won't let you download the pack. If that's the case you have to either buy a Steam copy of Ace or get a refund of the pack and buy it here. I would suggest the forum store over the website's store, it's easier to re-download from the forum if that becomes necessary.


If my guess is incorrect, well, we just need more information. Where you bought it from will be the most helpful.

where did you buy it? What you have to do is dependend on where you purchased it.


Steam: wait until the download synchronisation is complete, then open the resource manager, press the DLC button and import it into your project.


Forum store: go to your forum account's client area, select purchases, then download it and use the resource manager to add it from the position where you downloaded it to.


Main store: go to the link in the email you got, download it there and then open the resource manager and add it from the place where you downloaded it to.


Nothing of your resource purchases will ever be added automatically, you need to follow the installation descriptions after the download.


And since those descriptions are different depending on where you purchased it, you need to tell us where you purchased it before we can help you.
