RTP Zombie Sprite?

Hi,

You know the zombie face that appears on the first row of the second column in the Monster1 facesets? Well, I can't seem to find a sprite for it, despite being able to find the matching zombie battler. There's only a white skeleton sprite that doesn't match. Does such a zombie sprite exist?

I"ve seen a couple of full zombie sprite sheets before but i'm not sure where. Try googling it and seeing if you can find a webpage with one.

Tried googling, nothing that's what I'm looking for came up.

Sorry I couldn't help. On these forums I saw two full sprite sheets of zombies, but since I don't ike zombie stuff I didn't pay any close attention. Sorry, I couldn't help.

Kazzador has a whole char sheet of zed sprites (normal zombies/modern zombies). Hope this helps.

Those are very nice, but unfortunately the zombies aren't quite what I'm looking for. I could recolour them easily to match the faceset, but they have their hands stretched out which nakes them look like survival horror zombies.

To be more clear, the zombie I'm using in my game should be more like a humanoid decayed corpse that can walk normally (or shuffle, as it may be) with its own mind and still able to interact properly. It's one of the evil characters, and has a mind of its own.

So basically a zombie sprite with the normal template of a walking human (arms mostly by the side) would be great.

It looks more like a zombie to me. Thanks for those skeleton sprites and faceset - I may have to use them if I cannot find a zombie sprite! I wouldn't like to go down that route really, considering that I've used the RTP skeleton elsewhere and cannot find an appropriate modified skeleton battler for it. (Basically: I need three things depicting the same thing - a faceset (no emotions required), battler and sprite. That's where the difficulty lies.

Regardless, to rephrase then; is there a sprite that matches the 'zombie' battler from the Ace RTP? The faceset seems to match the battler to some degree (despite the battler having more hair lol), but there is no sprite for in-between.

That actually seems pretty close, bar a quick recolour. Vibrato's site seems to be down (and apparently has been for a long time) though? His 'new' site doesn't really have much on it. Do you have a link to the recolours?

Brilliant, thanks. I'll have a look into recolouring the 'skin' part, but otherwise it is usable. Thanks again :D
