    Hi,

    I have Rpg Maker Xp/Vx/Ace and I am planning to go commercial on Xp as I already have a project which I have been working on for sometime now.

    I would like to confirm if I can use and edit the graphics from Vx/Ace RTP package and put it in my commercial Xp game. So my game will be made with rpgmaker xp and will include edited graphical ressources from Vx/Ace RTP and will be sold commercially. Can anyone confirm?

    As long as you own the maker the rtp is associated with, you can use the rtp from that maker in any other maker for a commercial project.

    For instance if you wanted to use a material from RMVX in your RMXP game legally, you would have to own RMVX.
