  1. Hello. I searched around in the internet for RTP (Faceset) color palette to color my art, but I can't search from them instead I found RTP sprite palette which is too bright to fit with my art.

If someone can find it, please hand it to me~
  2. I usually use the default rtp color pallette when I want to use rtp faceset ...they don't have any "specific" pallette this up to you

and sprite and faceset colors are totally different they are not similar at all just look eric sprite and faceset...not same color at all
  3. Oh.. but much appreciated if some one can pick up colors from the RTP faceset and make a palette.
  4. Can't you make your own palette from the RTP?

edit: I'm sorry if that sounded rude, but creating a palette from existing graphics isn't difficult, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't just set it up the way you want?
  5. Since the RTP doesn't use pixel art, asking for a palette is a bit odd. You're going to end up with something with hundreds or thousands of colors, most of them very similar to other colors in the palette. I'm not surprised you haven't found one. How are you planning on using it? To reduce the colors of your image so that it automaps to existing colors? To eyedrop from to use as the base color for your brushes?
  6. Perhaps having some nude templates would help?
  7. Sharm, so technical, heh! although i like that~

I'm pretty sure he doesn't mean a limited palette, just some swatches/scratchpad colours so he can lay down some base colour without picking from different images all the time.

I doubt there exists one just floating around. Although it'd be a neat idea to make one!
  8. Let me get back to you on that.

The VXAce and VX RTP have different palettes but I'll assume you mean VXAce.

Here's a WIP for the meantime

  9. Thank you, Archeia! Though I was looking for one highlight and one shade only, meanwhile three in total ;)

@GrandmaDed I am not going to draw in RTP style actually, I am just using bold style.
  10. You're asking for the palette and I provided it. Check the RTP Portraits (preferably Ace as it's very obvious there) you'll notice what the palettes indicate.

    • Two of them are outline colors. These are necessary to make the portrait standout in-game but at the same provide another color that wouldn't make the lines jarring along with the soft palette.

    • Two of them are the 'ambient shadow' colors. Aka the purples you usually see on them.

    • Shadow, Highlight and Midtone are given.
This easily makes the RTP palette go over 7 colors excluding another. It doesn't use the standard 3 shades for the most part. (plus that's boring)
  11. Thanks for the tips lady ~
