RPG Maker XP - Controll 2 Characters?

Hi there! I got RPG maker XP a few weeks ago! I wan't that in one part of the game that I can play 2 chracters! Something like

Character1

Character2

Controlling Character 1 and if I press for Example Q (whatever) the screen moves to the other character

And if a press (example) W the other chraracter that I am not playing is coming to the character that's just "active"

Does anyone know some script oder something...?

ahhhh there was some script like that in xp but i completely forgot where i got it sorry :(

Sounds like what you're really after is a multi-party system, where you can have more than one "party", even if each party only has one member.
