RPG Maker MV not recognizing any .ogg files

Hello, So recently I've been trying to put custom music and sound effects into MV. I am currently on 1.5.0 and whenever I add the files (which are .ogg files), it won't show up in the editor at all. It will show up in the resource manager but not in any events, or anything that I can use the sounds or music for. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

I haven't really done much messing around with sounds yet, but is it possible the lower-case first letter of your filenames pushed the files to the bottom of the list? MV may be one of those weird things that lists stuff in capitals first and lowercase later.
