RPG Maker MV Deployment Error (Windows)

I've been trying to deploy my project but it keeps giving me the "Failed to create distribution package" error. I can deploy just fine to Mac and Linux, but for Windows it just doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling RPG Maker MV, verifying the files and neither did work. I even created a new default project and tried deploying it and it didn't work either. Also tried deactivating my antivirus program, and still not working.

One of the possible causes for this is if any filename or folder name any where on the project or output path does not conform to networking rules - which means no spaces and so on.
Please check on this possibility.

I already checked that.
Also, if it were the case, the new projects wouldn't have the same error.

Where do you store your projects and where do you try to deploy to (folder paths)?
We need data before we can help, because it is something on your computer and not a general Problem...

My project is at C:\Users\Pichau\Documents\Captive
My output folder is C:\Users\Pichau\Documents\Output
