RPG Maker: DS+ Resource Pack is commercially useable?

I couldn't find this listed anywhere, so I wanted to check before buying the pack.

The DS+ pack is useable in a commercial product made with the RPG Maker VX Ace, correct? And is this simply true with all products sold on the website?

Yes! :D

Short answer.  Yes, and yes.

Long answer.  All RM resource packs can be used with RPG Maker engines and IG Maker, to make a game.  The same is true of the Members+ resources.  Commercial or not doesn't matter.  If, however you want to make a game using those resources with a different engine you'd need to buy a Non-RM license of the resource pack, which generally costs a little more and isn't available for all packs.  Some of the other resources that can be found here on the site can also be used commercially, but you need to be a lot more careful, as most of them are not.  The terms are usually posted with the resources, so just be sure to read and follow them and you'll be fine.
