RPG 2k(3) games throwing me back to Desktop

I want to play some old rpgm 2k and 2k3 games, but when i start any of these i instandly get thrown back to my destop (also the game is running in the taskbar) when i want to tab back in the game i'm tabed out instantly again. Using Win 7 with Nvidia Optimus but on a former instalation on this pc (also win 7) the games run somewhat fine anyone else encountering the same problems?

ok found the problem

it's called bitdefender 2015 -.-
