Hi , I was wondering how one would go about doing ... like say I make a fog image to go over top of a map, how would one be able to make it move?
I was also wondering as a side question if it would be possible to create your own rain effects and other particles for like *falling particles* effects on a map in Javascript? This is all a little new to me, and I know a wee bit of Javascript, but I'm just not sure if that is possible or not to be used in here :)
Sorry if these questions were a bit of a convoluted mess. Either way MV is awesome, I am saving up for a copy and utilizing the trial and I am just absolutely in love with what all you can do with it so far :D
Rolling fog and/or other FX (Floating particles)?

I believe you could probably reach a basic fog effect through the use of image manipulation events.

Hopefully somebody will come up with a plugin or system where we can use the full effects of WebGL and pixi.js to create these types of things...

Galv has brought out a layers script today (on phone so cannot give link) which does what you want. Search for it in plugin releases.
