RMMV - Importing clothing, etc.

I've been able to find some expansions for clothing and other parts (like beast ears and such), but am having problems getting them to register in the character builder.



As you can see, I picked an alternate costume, but it doesn't show in the editor. What am I doing wrong?

Also, it has been a couple of months since I'd messed with it, can anyone identify the original creator? I can't seem to recall him/her.

there are several tutorials for adding resources to the character generator here on the forum, please search for them and follow their instructions.
The most critical part is that you have to rename all resources to fit your specific generator, just copying files usually won't work.

That is because the numbers need to be consecutive, the generator will stop looking for parts as soon as one number is skipped - and no one can know which count your generator currently is at.

I didn't know you had to get ALL the parts imported in order for it to work! I've had my first successful import!
