reviewing resources on steam!

Not sure exactly where to put this, but I just found a guide on how to review dlc products on steam(link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=275247246) and was curious if we are allowed to do this on steam (since normally you can't review dlc)?

Some people have already reviewed resource packs (DLC) for Ace on Steam, so yes, it's okay to do that.

From what I saw you can review DLCs individually. Luna Engine and Pixel Myth both have one right now :D
