  1. Could someone plz tell me what "Requirements" is for in the engine? Alot of it is "Japanese" (looks like Japanese to me anyway) so i can't really read it. Also, right now I'm kind of just playing around with it right now...and I sorry if this is a really dumb question...but, the script is devided up into sections and different sections that alter specific things in the engine, right? Now, hypothetically speaking, say all I wanted was to add a custom cursor to my game...could I just use the parts of the scripts that enable this and delete the rest...

Anyway, I copied and pasted all of the sections into a new project and started up a test game, of course i knew it wouldent work, but I'm trying to figure out why.

Anyway, thanks for your time :) .
  2. If all you want is a custom cursor, there's a simpler script out there which does that.
  3. Requirements is needed, that's why it's named that way.

the only scripts you can use standalone would be the following:

    • Menu Luna
    • Battle Luna
    • Quest Luna
    • Name Input Luna
    • Animated Battlebacks
    • Animated Backgrounds
at least going by my memory.

And, the only scripts not needing the luna requirements would be CP's add-ons and rhyme's add-ons.

No, no, no, I have SO many ideas for this script, no way I'd just use this script for a measly cursor. I was just speaking hypothetically . I was asking if all I wanted was to include a cursor in my game, if I could just use those parts...I'm just trying to understand it all a little better.

OK, well when I start the game up in the "Luna engine base" project included with the download, the game starts up, but when I trancfered the scripts over to the new project it won't...it will try but I guess it crashes...I haven't included any graphics yet though, I'm still just tinkering with it.

EDIT: sorry, I double posted...could a mod possible merge them.
  5. If you want a working demo, go with the sample projects.
