It would really awesome if someone could convert some sprites to a more anime-ish design.

You are going to need more information than that. Examples and the sprites you are working with now. This doesn't help anyone if they wanted to help you. Give us some images and examples as well as the sprite you are working with now. Someone might be able to actually help you with this, just give some more information please.
