Requesting a Custom EmoFace Set

  1. I'm looking for a custom face set w/emo in the style of VX Ace.

The character is a knight in service to a good king (the protagonist's father) in a fantasy setting, and is someone the protagonist (Actor Face 1-1 for this project, if that helps) trusts entirely. Later, he's revealed to be the bad guy who has been manipulating everyone all along, so it would be good if his face would work with both "good" expressions as well as "evil" ones. I need "Happy/Sad/Neutral/Smirk" for his good side and "Psycho grin/Vicious hatred" expressions for when he's evil.

As a knight, he's going to have heavy armor, so that ought to help with his oufit design as well. He's around his mid-to-late thirties, so young enough to be attractive, but old enough to be bad*ss. He ought to look ROUGHLY like this (let me go on record as saying the CharGen system is crap), with the exception that I'd like the faceset to be semi-sideview like the other standard portraits. Also, his nice guy expressions should be somewhat stoic, like closed-mouth smiles and glares to fit with his knightly background. The bad guy expressions should, in contrast, be on the other extreme (toothy psycho grins with wide-eyed glares, rage-filled snarling for when he's angry) for maximum shock at the sudden personality flip as well as to drive home the fact that the friendly stoic person people thought of him as was all a lie.

    Thanks in advance!
  2. Bump for great justice.
  3. Bump again. I hope I'm not breaking any rules with this. I'd really like my request filled, but I'm worried that bumping this one more time will get me in trouble...
  4. You can bump as many times as you like as long as you follow the 72 hour rule. Artists sometimes like specifics, maybe you'll have more luck if you could show a few images that are close to what you see this character looking like?

Hmm... Well, the best I can do is this CharGen. 6. Bump, again.
  7. Another bump. I'm starting to lose hope here.
  8. I think part of the problem is that a lot of people are working flat out this month with the Indie Game competition.  Between now and the 30th people are going to be under a lot of pressure to get finished, so you may have to wait until the competition is out of the way.

You might, of course, hit lucky and someone who isn't involved in making a competition game might see this and respond.  But I think it is more likely that you will have to be patient.
