Request - the Owlbears

Hello everybody, I usually don't make requests on the forums because I like to search resources on my own, so this is kinda awkward to ask.


My current game is kinda based on good ol' Dungeon & Dragons, and I've found lots of resources to work with but I have a little problem, I don't have an Owlbear walking sprite. to all those who don't know what an owlbear is, the owlbears are bear-like creatures with the head of an owl, and they are known to be very violent creatures to other non-owlbears, a perfect creature for a forest dungeon I've been working on.


I do have a battler wich I got from a japanese site, also I do have some bear sprites around my resources folders, but im not good editing sprites without screwing something up. also, have you tried to draw an owl head on a bear sprite? it's hard.

So, if anybody can help me with this request I'll appreciate it with all my heart and you will be credited on my game.  :)

What is it that you're asking for here? A sprite? A battler? A portrait?

Are you trying to make a bear's walking sprite (which you already have) have the owl head?

sorry, I'm looking for a sprite, I forgot to mention that... *sigh* I'll edit the topic to mention that now.

 

Well, im originally asking for an original sprite but if somebody could edit a bear sprite, it would be awsome too.

This probably the worst you saw in your life.

I picked up the Bear sprite from charas generato and adde that "owl face".

It doest looks so intimidating.

If you wanna use it anyway feel free.

OMG I laughed so hard when I saw that BEAUTIFULL cherno-owlbear! I'll use! I don't how but I'll use it!

kidding aside, I really appreciate the effort, but im afraid I'm searching for a more "meaner" more a evil monster than a bear with an owl mask running with its arms on the air.

I really don't like the idea of bumping again this request but I really need that owlbear. This will be the last time I bump this, I don't want to annoy anybody.  :(

I am going to go get my link to the animal sprites list and suggest that first you find a bear you like.


It is not an impossible thing to stick an owl head on a bear, so much as to knw exactly what kind of bear you want, etc.


I suggest you check the anthropomorph section as well as the bears.

Well... I made one, but, I don't feel it's good enough to be shard with the world. If you'd like to see it, PM me and we can discuss changes. :)

Another possibility is to ask if someone can convert Sen?'s Bear boss.


(All Sen?'s resources were on dreaded Imageshack, and have been hard to get for awhile!)

At least it gives you four directions.


So you could change your request to completing the bear, and adding the owl head, if that would help.

But could you tell me tyhe name of the person who made the ogre?

It is a Vibrato sprite based on the EB ogre battler.
